slotsplus Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "slotsplus," "we," "us," "our" refers to the slotsplus platform and its operating entity, accessible at slotsplus.club.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the slotsplus platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the slotsplus platform.
• "Platform" means the slotsplus website, mobile interface, games, services, and all associated features and content.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your slotsplus account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your account by slotsplus subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by slotsplus and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the slotsplus platform, creating an account, or using any service offered by slotsplus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the slotsplus platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and slotsplus with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

To register and use the slotsplus platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of slotsplus or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the slotsplus platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

slotsplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) slotsplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. slotsplus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotsplus Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify slotsplus immediately via our support channels. slotsplus will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

slotsplus accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Philippine users:

• GCash (e-wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (e-wallet)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine debit cards linked to approved bank accounts

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. slotsplus does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

Deposits are generally credited to your slotsplus account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. slotsplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or banking system downtime.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your slotsplus account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. slotsplus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual or inconsistent with your account history.

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account dashboard.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• slotsplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

slotsplus aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

slotsplus shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

slotsplus may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• slotsplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, slotsplus will provide reasonable notice and honor any wagering already in progress.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

All games available on the slotsplus platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and Rooster Rumble — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. RNG software used by slotsplus game providers is independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Each game has its own specific rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. slotsplus provides game information and help sections within the platform for this purpose.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, slotsplus will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account. slotsplus's decision in such matters is final.

slotsplus does not guarantee winnings. All gaming outcomes are determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotsplus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, system, or promotion offered by slotsplus.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slotsplus staff or other users.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your slotsplus account without prior authorization from slotsplus.

slotsplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered users, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

slotsplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an account, any verified Real Money Balance remaining (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the slotsplus platform — including but not limited to the slotsplus name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of slotsplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the slotsplus platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of slotsplus.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotsplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

slotsplus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotsplus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

slotsplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the slotsplus platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

slotsplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, slotsplus will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the slotsplus platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slotsplus platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent slotsplus from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
